Job description

o Direct outlets with stock challenges to identified Trade Partners to ensure there is no stock out within assigned territories
o Obtain and record info on stocking from ALL visited outlets in territory (where from, when, price, where to & why still pending >30days) and report weekly / monthly.
o Advice RSMs if there is need for focussed activity in territory to help move stock – As appropriate
o Provide training on site to Increase product knowledge
o Ensure MTN product availability in channel is >95% at all times and provide weekly product availability report of all visited outlets during call cycles
o Follow up with product availability at Trade partners’ Point of presence and provide weekly / monthly report
o Ensure all visited outlets give info on where, when, price etc of products and provide weekly report
o Query all products in channel older than 30 days from date of purchase and make report to the business on all such stock weekly
o Target 65% space within each outlet (Trade marketing team will measure)
o Support all identified outlets with 100% merchandizing as appropriate and defined.
o Ensure 100% POS Distribution to all channels of distribution within 14 days of release
o Ensure 100% replacement of expired, damaged or obsolete materials within territory and 100% removal of obsolete materials and messages
o Obtain info on stocking from ALL visited outlets in territory (where from, when, price, where to & why still pending >30days) – Record and report weekly / monthly.
o Ensure collaboration between sub subs, retailers etc to TPs and help nurture the relationship and increase RRP
o Confirm that sub dealers and dealer branches are contacted and stock receipt / movement verified - Produce weekly report
o Ensure areas in your territory without adequate TP point of presence is filled by encouraging TP to open up points
• Provide Informal training in shops on products, services and promotions being run by marketing, channel or region and on the spot training/coaching of all visited outlets in territory (100% of all visited outlets in call cycle)
• Manage events and promos and perform post-promo evaluation
• Provide weekly/monthly sales activity report, market intelligence report and initial report to Field Service Engineers on state of network in territory

Job condition
• Tool of trade vehicle provided
• May be required to work extended hours / weekends
• Work is carried out mostly in the field
• A valid drivers license (Extensive local travel)

Responsibilities:
He/she will be involved in liaising with geoscientists, production and reservoir engineers, and commercial managers to interpret well-logging results and predict production potential;
compilation of detailed development plans of reservoir performance using mathematical models to ensure maximum economic recovery;
selecting optimal tubing size and suitable equipment within the well for different functions;
designing the completion - the part of the well that communicates with the reservoir rock and fluids;
design the systems that help the well to flow, e.g using submersible pumps;
management of  problems of fluid behaviour and production chemistry;
evaluating and recommending flow rate enhancement by using, for example, hydraulic fracturing (to force fluid into a well and fracture the rock) and acid treatment (to erode the rock and improve flow path);
managing and controlling wells with branches at the bottom (horizontal and multilateral wells);
using well and reservoir remote sensing technology and surveillance data to manage the value of the reservoir and decide on appropriate engineering interventions;
understanding and managing how a set of wells interact;

supervising well-site operations personnel and managing staff at all levels, including the training and supervision of crew members, to ensure that everyone works as a team in order to meet deadlines to clients' satisfaction;

Birth registration initiatives are more likely to prove sustainable if they are incorporated into existing legal and administrative structures or integrated with regular health programs in order to reduce costs, At state and local levels. efforts 10 mobilize health workers to cover registration duties have limited traction. Few health centers and other actors have been willing to provide health workers and infrastructure to aid birth registration programming. Birth registration of new bom and under-five children remained persistently low
especially in the Northem states and importanUy in the focus state- Kebbi. The role of the applicant is to support the National Population Comrnission- Kebbi State office to implement activities required for scaling up birth registration rates and coverage in the state.
  
Major Tasks to be accomplished:
  
    Support National Population Commission (NPopC) Kebbi State office. State Ministry of Health (SMoH) State Primary Health Care Development Agency (SPHCOA) and Ministry of Local Govemment and Chieftaincy Affairs (MLGCA) to ensure full and effective integration of birth registration process in all health centres. hospitals and health care delivery points in kebbi State.
    Provide Technical guidance to NpopC State Office for improved monitoring and reporting of Birth Registration during
    the bi-annual Matemal and Child Health Weeks (MNCHW) and on routine birth registration activities in the state.
    Support training and other capacity development activities of NPopC. SMOH. SPHCOA, Volunteer Community Mobilizers (VCMs), Volunteer Ward Supervisors (VWDs) and Ward Development Committees (Woes) using birth registration training modules to impact birth registration services within the high impact MNCHWs care interventions.
    Engage the kebbi State Association of Local Govemments of Nigeria (ALGON) to streamline the issuing of LGA Birth certificates with that of NPopC and domiciliation of draft MOU in the state.
    Support efficient application of RapidSMSreporting including monthly monitoring, reporting and mentoring sessions for birth registrars in all the LGAs in the focus states and provide technical support for RapidSMS expansion for civil registration and MNCHWs.
    Support efficient distribution of Information, Education and Information (IEC) materials for birth registration and support media advocacy and awareness campaigns to improve birth registration coverage especially at LGA and Community levels in Kebbi State.
    Support Kebbi State Vital Registration Department to conduct birth registratiorl'in all wards and LGAs including and during the planned Census Enumeration Area Demarcation process, to capture mothers not attending health care services.
    Support efficient and effective monitoring of birth registration services in Kebbi state.
    Provide technical support for digitalization of dvil registration process in Kebbi state.
    Support integration of birth registration activities into Early Childhood Development programmes and domiciliation of MOU and specific plan of action between Kebbi State NPoP9. School Based Management Committees, Ministry of Education and kebbi State Universal Basic Education Board.
  
Qualifications:
  
  •     Advance University degree in Science or Social Sciences. Master's in Public Health and University degree in Medicine, Nursing/Midwifery or related technical field.
  •     Five years progressively responsible experience in designing, implementing and evaluating of projeds and programmes, particularly immunization services or in any social services and programmes.
